Dr. Japa Khalsa is a 25 year practitioner of Energy Medicine. Her dual degree as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) empower her consultations  with authenticity and truth. Her studies have taken her through many years of Numerology, Palmistry, Pulse Reading and Chinese Medicine that allow for in depth treatments that shift the frequency and pulse of an individual and allow them to transform the gaps in their lives. She has a special alignment with women’s health and she supports all women to be empowered through meditation, yoga and the use of specific herbs to support a woman’s health through all the times of her life.

Dr. Khalsa travels and teaches internationally as a Professional Teacher Trainer for Kundalini Yoga, as co-author of Enlightened Bodies, she brings an awareness of the human body’s potential to self heal in her work.

 As a second generation physician, Dr. Khalsa’s life mission is to empower each person to feel the interconnection with all the Universe and to tap into the healing power inherent in each one of us.

Dr. Khalsa is one of the few Doctor’s of Oriental Medicine in New Mexico licensed for Expanded Prescriptive Authority which allows her to do Trigger point injections amd IV therapy with vitamins and homeopathics.

Some of her specialties include pain relief, women’s health, joint pain, back pain, knee pain, sports injuries, fatigue/stress and weight loss. Her practice combines traditional acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, injection therapy, massage and stress relief techniques to help each person transform and create optimal health.
